GOALKEEPER ACADEMY CAMP

The 2024 summer GK Academy Camp will be a 3-week intensive training academy that will incorporate on-field sessions 4 days per week which include: specific game scenarios (shot stopping, distribution, 1v1's and crossing), and technical training. The academy will also provide a one day a week tactical classroom session covering recruiting guidance, how to build tactical awareness on the field, how to take care of your body while playing at a high level, and more.   

Registrants have the option to register for 1 week, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks of camp.

Each Player Will Receive: 

W/ 1 Week Registration: 2 Camp Shirts + Formal Evaluation 

W/ 2 Week Registration: 2 Camp Shirts + Gloves + Formal Evaluation  

W/ 3 Week Registration: 2 Camp Shirts + Gloves + Formal Evaluation 

• DATES: June 10-14, June 17-21, June 24-28
• TIME: 1:30-3:00am 
• SCHEDULE - ON FIELD SESSIONS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Location: Wayzata High School Turf Fields)
• SCHEDULE - CLASSROOM SESSION: Wednesdays: ARC Training Center-         1245 Trapp Rd, Eagan MN 55121
• AGE GROUPS: The camp is open for all players in birth years 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005.

• All Big Ten Freshman team, first team, and second team
• Big Ten GK of the year
• Played Professional Soccer in Sweden in 2017
• Coaching for 3.5 years at Bethel University for the Men's and Woman's Soccer programs
• 7 years of Club coaching experience
• 7 years of college coaching experience

John Moening

• Current Goalkeeper & Assistant Coach at St. Olaf University
• Former Men & Women's Goalkeeper Coach at Hamline University
•  Former Goalkeeper Coach at multiple Minneapolis Metro High Schools
• Former DIII All-Conference Goalkeeper at Hamline University
•  10+ Years of Youth Goalkeeper Coaching Experience
